    NOTE: IT Support Desk services are limited to phone, email, remote (team Viewer sessions) or services conducted from our studio.

  • With a competitive rate we support both residential and small business clients to resolve their issues efficiently.

    Note: On-site Support services are defined a works performed at a residential or business address and 1 hour of travel time is included

  • Eligible seniors must produce a valid concession card to apply the discount.

    Free support for Non-Profit organization’s wishing to join the connecting up program and assistance with purchases on the platform.

    *Note: Evidence supporting your Non-Profit status is required.

  • Support and training can be delivered in person or remotely to participants who have an active NDIS plan that are plan managed or self managed. Pricing is in-line with the NDIA Price Limits.

    Training is provided to participants to help them achieve their stated goals within their NDIS Plan and progress reports can be provided upon request.

A $45 non-refundable diagnostic fee is due when booking in a device. Where further work is required this will be credited on your invoice.
